Topics:
* Recent Trends in Mechanical Engineering
* Recent Trends in Automobile Engineering
* Microelectro Mechanical systems (MEMS)
* Computational Fluid Dynamics
* Finite Element Analysis
* Smart Materials
* Alternate Fuels
* Mechatronics
NOTE:
Papers on topics other than those mentioned above are also
welcome, if they come under the purview of the production stream.
Team:
- Maximum of two members per team
- No candidate should be an author of more than one paper submitted.
- Team members need not belong to the same institution
- No limit on the number of participations from an institution
PAPER SUBMISSION:
- Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper, preferably in IEEE format (only abstracts will not be accepted) by email to mechofest14@gmail.com
- Paper should be submitted as a MS word document (.doc) or pdf document (pdf more preferable)
- Paper should not exceed eight pages Details of the team members: name, department, mail id, contact number, institution name should be sent along with the paper Deadline for submission: On or before 14.03.2014
DETAIL:
- Shortlisted teams will be intimated through e mail by 17.03.2014
- Presentation (in .ppt format) should be for duration of 8 minutes (maximum) followed by 2 minutes question time
- Teams are requested to bring three hard copies of the paper on the day of event
- Details of the team members: name, department, mail id, contact number, institution name should be sent along with the paper Deadline for submission: On or before 14.03.2014

device something that shoots into the air out of your own engineering
ability? Here at Shackles we provide you a chance to shoot into the air.
Dare to break this Shackle
Conditions:
* Single stage rocket of volume 2 to 2.5 is permitted.
* Use of multistage rockets, chemical agents and nozzles are not allowed.
* Pump And Launcher Are Provided
* Each team can contain a maximum of 2 members
* The max pressure to operate the rocket is 40 psi.
* The rocket should not deviate from the constrained area.
